I got more than 4 years and still work good the only thing I need a new filter but I can not find it. I love everything from Aldi I got tiles in my floor

Great little vaccine, it's easy to use and so helpful, very light weight, and easy to carry! Great for getting into small spaces and in between the couch cushions, also great for wet and dry spillages, excellent value for money

It was very hard to understand instructions. I have a tiled floor. I still felt it was sucking up properly. I didn't feel it was strong enough for where we live near the beach I could still feel sand under foot

I've used this vacuum on different flooring and found the suction is not strong enough for carpet. It also overheats after about 5 minutes, rendering the unit useless for vacuuming a normal home.

My downstairs is tiles and the upstairs is laminated floorboards - I found it very sluggish and didnt really pickup much - had to go over the floors after a vacumn with a broom - threw it out and bought another brand from Harvery Norman

I must say that I really really love this little handheld portable vacuum cleaner. I purchased it about 5 or 6 months ago and was very surprised how well it works in a section on it works really good too as I have five cats and one dog and I would have never known the amount of hair honestly that they shed until I used this portable vacuum.

Bought an Aldi Premium Handheld Stick Vacuum Cleaner on 19th Jun2021 for A$149.
Tried to charge after the first use - the charging light went dead after charging for an hour or so.
Rang up "After Sales Support" on Monday 21st and told them the problem.
Company promised to send a new replacement and told me to discard the current failed vacuum head.
Now see whether the promised new vacuum head will be delivered within 7 working days????

I was excited to try and use, but unfortunately mine would not even charge. I am very disappointed. The red light never even flashed to indicate it was charging. Power button also was very hard to move the switch.

Tried on Cupboards, hard wood floor, tables, couch etc.
Didn't even bother with carpets.
Performed badly on all surfaces.
Hard to empty.
Just gave up and pulled out my bulky 10 year old Dyson instead.

Was keen to buy this as have had a number of handheld cleaners. This got occasional use but found the button wouldn't activate the product. 3 year warranty but was refused an exchange or repair with product suppliers. Only money back if I had a receipt despite evidence of purchase on bank statement. Lost faith in Aldi's electrical products though lots of other good stuff

This is a great little handheld vacuum and I highly recommend it. Aldi can sometimes be a bit hit and miss with their electricals, but with this product they have excelled. Its well designed,its reliable and most importantly its super efficient at vacuuming small areas. I have previously had 3 other different brands over the years, but their suction and reliability has been very poor compared to this one. Its still going strong after almost a years use and its now one of my most favourite home products.

The first use was great after following the initial charging instructions. It hasn't charged since and i cannot work out why. It was brilliant when it worked and i used it to pick up little bits around the house and on my sofas.
